Infant Baptism
Q: How can my child receive infant baptism?
A: For a child to receive baptism, at least one parent must be a Catholic.
Please fill out the application form and submit it along with the parent’s certificate.
Adult Baptism
Q: How do I receive baptism as an adult?
A: Please consult the church.
You will begin learning the teachings of the Church by participating in introductory classes.
Fill out the application form and submit it.
First Communion
Q: From what age can a person receive it?
A: It is available to baptized persons aged 7 or older (2nd grade in elementary school).
Please fill out the application form and submit it.
Confirmation
Q: From what age can a person receive it?
A: Baptized persons who are in junior high school or older may receive Confirmation.
Receiving First Communion is a requirement.
Q: How do I apply?
A: Please submit the application form along with your baptism certificate.
Weddings
Q: How can we have a wedding at the church?
A: Please contact the church.
You will need to meet with the priest or church staff in preparation for the ceremony.
Even non-Catholics can have a wedding at the church — please consult us.
You will be asked to take a marriage preparation course.
Q: How do we apply?
A: Fill out the application form and submit it.
Catholic applicants will need a baptism certificate, a certificate of single status, and two witnesses.
Funerals
Q: Who should we contact?
A: Please contact the church before calling a funeral home, as we can introduce one if needed.
If someone is critically ill, they can receive the Anointing of the Sick, so please contact the church as soon as possible.
