Q: How do I receive infant baptism?
A: To receive baptism, the parents of the child to be baptized must be Catholic.
Please fill out the application form and submit it along with proof of parental status.
Adult Baptism
Q: How do I receive baptism?
A: Please consult with your church.
You will begin learning the teachings of the church by participating in
introductory courses, etc. Please fill out the application form and submit it.
